Each cohort is thoughtfully curated to support mothers through the unique physical, emotional and relational transitions of matrescene. We blend yoga therapy, nervous system education, somatic practices, reflective sharing and -attachment-informed tools to help you feel more regulated, connected and empowered.

 

 

The Flagship Offering:

The Regulation Field: 8-Week Maternal Nervous System Support Group:

This is a nervous system reset for mothers who may be experiencing postpartum stress, anxiety or overwhelm. Over the course of 8-weeks, the focus will be on helping mothers gently return their bodies and mind towards regulation, safety and internal-safety, while honouring the relational reality of life with a baby.
